Overview

Real expert insights. Real strategies. Real courtroom results.

When injury cases hinge on physics, force, and anatomy, victory often comes down to who understands the science better and who wins the battle of the experts. How do your knowledge and skills stack up? This program blends the perspectives of biomechanical experts and seasoned trial attorneys to arm you with the insights and strategies needed to come out on top. From low-speed crashes to complex traumatic brain injuries, you'll gain the knowledge and tactics to analyze, challenge, and present biomechanical evidence with confidence. Register today!

  • Examine biomechanics terms and concepts lawyers think they understand (but don't).
  • Discover how force angles, velocity, and other elements influence auto injury outcomes.
  • Dispel myths and understand the real science behind low-velocity impacts.
  • Bridge the gap between medical diagnosis and mechanical proof of traumatic brain injury.
  • Spot red flags in biomechanical reports and expose overreaching testimony in depositions or trial.

This program was designed in conjunction with NBI's esteemed 2023-2026 Content Advisory Committee Member Robert J. Kasieta.
